1. Product & Order Information

All our products are made to order using print-on-demand. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately. Please double-check all details (such as size, color, and shipping address) before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during ordering.

2. No Cancellations or Changes

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after they are placed, as production begins shortly after the order is received.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. Contact us at itzniksays@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs sold on this store are original or properly licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any of the designs or content without permission.
